Leviticus 24:17 and 21 "17-Whoever takes a human life shall surely be put to death." "21-Who ever kills an animal shall make it good, and whoever kills a person shall be put to death."
Deuteronomy 30:19 "I call heaven and earth to witness against you today, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and curse. Therefore CHOOSE LIFE, that you and your offspring may live."
The first verse may be a little surprising to you, I know it was for me when I first read it. "Whoever takes a human life shall surely be put to death" Wow, that says a lot in just one sentence. If you think about all the abortion doctors out there who kill hundreds of human lives every day, all of them will be put to death which means they will be thrown into hell. But what if they find Christ and repent of their sins before him? Will they not live in heaven forever? The Bible tells us that Christ died on the cross to save us ALL from our sins, but only if we believe in him. So if an abortion doctor came to Christ, then would that not be a great thing?! I believe that Christ has a power like no other and he uses certain people to bring others to Christ. We could be those certain people. The next verse talks about choosing life over death. I love how the Bible makes it so clear to us as to what we need to do "Therefore CHOOSE LIFE". Its as easy as 1, 2, 3. Most people say we have a choice to what we want, you can be pro-life or pro-choice. But the Bible clearly states that we must choose life, we must stand up for those who cant speak for themselves, and we must spread the word of LIFE to everybody.
